Welcome to North East Madison County Enrichment (NEMCEC) Center website. We are glad you are visiting us. The Enrichment Center is a non-profit corporation and shall operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 50l (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.

The Enrichment Center offers community outreach programs such as provide social, cultural, personal training, support, and outreach to residents of New Market and surrounding area.

These community enrichment activities will be for the purpose of empowering and providing knowledge to those that has a need for literacy and assistant.
